6.3 Use of Confidential Information

Each Each party shall:

6.3.1 keep the Confidential Information confidential, and adopt and maintain preventive and security measures, as required or suggested by any Applicable Laws and no less than the measures adopted by it for protecting its most important confidential information and trade secrets, to keep the Confidential Information confidential;

6.3.2 not disclose the Confidential Information to any person other than with the prior written consent of the other party or in accordance with Clauses 6.2 (Excluded Information) and 6.3 (Use of Confidential Information);

6.3.3 not use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the exercise of its rights under, and the performance of its obligations under, the Transaction documents; and

6.3.4 make every effort, including, but not limited to, requiring employees to sign confidentiality agreements, to prevent the unauthorised use or disclosure of the Confidential Information.

每一方应：
