集团2007年已发生的经合并的资本性支出不低于人民币27,000,000元的相应比例（按2007年在成交日之前已过去的期间进行同比例平均计算）

对这个"同比例平均计算"并不熟悉，翻译起来有点挠头。后来，我处理成"calculated proportionally on average"，实在是有点逐字去抠的味道了，自己也不满意。后经修改版本如下：

The Group's consolidated capital expenditures that have occurred in 2007 are not lower than the relevant proportion of RMB27,000,000 (calculated pro rata , based on the time before the Completion Day in 2007).
