percentage可以直接做形容词用！

3. 平价：fair price
《现代汉语词典》（商务1983）第880页：（1）旧时平定上涨的物价；（2）评定了的货物价格；（3）普通的价格、公平的价格；（4）指一国本位货币规定的含金量。也指两个金本位（或银本位）国家本位货币法定含金量（或含银量）的比值。

前两个义项是同一个意思的动词和名词解，与本文无关。义项3是租赁协议中"平价"一词取的含义，英译为fair price（《新世纪汉英大词典》外研 2004第1229页）。义项4对我是新知，英译取parity（《英汉大词典》2007第1420页）。
