一个汉译英的翻译项目

某律所通过招聘网站的数据库找到我，问我愿意不愿意做译审。随手做了一段他们当即表示满意。其后，他们希望我今天晚上能帮忙校对润色一个8页的劳动合同。我看了一下很简单的劳动合同，花个半个小时到一个小时绝对可以搞定，遂问及价格，被告知是20元/千中文字（整个合同4000字）。

我表示 遗憾，绝对无法接受。对方回答说这个价格是很多长期合作的兼职翻译和译审都能够接受的。我说这个价格我自己做找临时秘书打字差不多。他们一直合作的人的水准就是下面这种。我不知道到底是哪些人在接20元/千中文字的译审和（就算乘以4）80元/千中文字的法律翻译汉译英。

联想到学校BBS上不时看到的低价（价格在80左右的）翻译工作遭疯抢的情形。由衷感慨！

五、劳动保护、劳动保险及福利

 1.      甲方应遵守国家有关劳动保护、环境保护、女职工特殊保护等法律、法规，保证乙方享有上述法律、法规所赋予的权利。

2.      甲方应提供符合国家规定的劳动安全卫生标准的工作环境，采取切实有效的措施，改善劳动条件，保障乙方在工作过程中的安全和健康。

3.      甲方根据乙方岗位的实际需要，按照国家有关规定向乙方提供必要的劳动保护用品。

4.      乙方在工作过程中必须严格遵守国家有关安全生产规定和甲方有关的劳动安全条例。

5.      甲方将按有关法规为乙方办理国家法定的社会保险。

6.      甲方按国家和本地有关规定制定公司福利制度和待遇，具体按"员工手册"和有关人力资源政策执行。

                                  六、劳动纪律

7.      乙方应遵守甲方规定的各项规章制度和劳动纪律，并须负责对甲方的商业、技术秘密保密。

8.      乙方应严格遵守甲方制定的工作流程，严格遵守安全操作规程和技术规程，乙方因违反以上流程或规程而影响业务经营，或造成使他人受到伤害或影响，或使甲方造成经济损失时，甲方有权要求乙方赔偿全部的经济损失。

甲方对违反甲方规章制度和劳动纪律的乙方，将视情节轻重按甲方奖惩办法给予批评教育或者纪律处分直至解除本合同。

V. Labor protection, Labor insurance and welfare

11. Party A shall comply with the laws and regulations about labor protection, environment protection and special protection for female staff and guarantee the rights endowed by the above laws and regulations.

12. Party A shall provide the working environment meeting the labor safety and health standard set by the state. Party A shall take effective measures to improve the working conditions and safeguard the safety and health of Party B during the working process.

13.  Party A shall provide necessary labor protection articles according to the stipulations of the state based on the position's need of Party B.

14.  Party B shall comply with the safety production regulation of the state and the labor safety rules of Party A.

15. Party A shall conduct statutory social insurance for Party B according to the relevant regulations.

16. Party A shall set down the welfare system according to the state and local regulations and execute it according to the staff handbook and human resource policies.

VI Labor Principle

17. Party B shall comply with the rules and labor principles of Party A and keep commercial secret and technology know-how of Party A for secret.

18. Party B shall comply with the work flow set by Party A strictly and comply with the safety operation regulation and technology regulation strictly. Party A has right to claim for the economic loss or the injury of others due to the breach of Party B.

19. If Party B breaks the rules or labor principles, Party A has right to criticize or rescind the contract according to the situations of the breach based on the prize and punishment rules of Party A.
