English Original (EO):  "Consumers" means the individuals that are the customers of the Stores, i.e., those who purchase or are interested in purchasing the Goods offered at the Stores (or through the Internet);

Chinese Translation 1 (CT1):"消费者" 指构成任何门店顾客的个体，即购买或有意购买门店提供的（或通过网络购买）商品的人；

Chinese Translation 2 (CT2) "消费者" 指门店顾客，即从或有意从门店（或通过网络）购买商品的人；

OE ：BANK PARTNER shall use the Customer Terms set out in Appendix X as the exclusive contractual basis for providing the Financial Products and Services to the Customers and shall obtain XX China's, prior written consent to all changes to such Customer Terms, and to all communications made to Customers generally relating to the Financial Products and Services, except where such changes and/or communications are mandatory by virtue of new laws and regulations, in which case, BANK PARTNER shall provide prior written notice to XX China of such changes.

CT 1: 合作银行应将附录 X 中列明的顾客条款书作为向顾客提供金融产品和服务的唯一合同基础， 并且应获 XX 中国对于该等顾客条款书的所有修改以及对于向顾客 做出的所有与金融产品和服务相关的通知的事先书面许可， 除非该等修改和／或通知是新法律法规的强制性规定的，在此情况下，合作银行应就该等修改向××中国发出事先书面通知。

CT 2: 合作银行向顾客提供金融产品和服务的唯一合同基础是附录 X 所载顾客条款书。 合作银行应就修改顾客条款书以及与金融产品和服务有关的所有致顾客通知，征得××中国的事先书面许可， 但修改和／或通知属新法律法规强制性规定的除外，在此情况下，合作银行应就该等修改事先书面通知××中国。
