英译汉，合同前言中的套话一句：

the words "including" and "includes", and any similar expressions, will be read as if followed by the words "without limitation" and shall not be taken as expressions of limitation;

"包括"一词以及任何类似表述均应被读为带有"不限于"，且不应被视为限制性表述；
