for a period of three years starting on the date of this Agreement, either alone or jointly with or through any person, directly or indirectly, carry on or be engaged in, own or have an interest (equity or otherwise) in, or advise or otherwise assist any business which competes, directly or indirectly, with any business of Company as carried on at the date of this Agreement in a territory in which that business is or was carried on at any such date;

在本协议 签署之日起的3年期间内，单独或与他人一起或通过他人，直接或间接经营或从事任何业务、在任何业务中拥有或享有权益（股权或其他方式），或作为顾问或以其 他方式协助任何业务，前提是该业务与公司在本协议签署日所经营的业务在公司于该日期经营该等业务的地域内直接或间接地相竞争；
