怎么个日法？

结算日应为卖出通知之日起[十(10)日]之后[九十(90)日]之前的一日

英文原文：such date to be not less than ten (10) days and not more than ninety (90) days after the date of the Put Notice。

日出来了：

××日最早为××通知（作出）之日起十(10)天/日，最迟为××通知（作出）之日起九十(90)天/日。

不知道日对了没有，大概是省力了点，不那么费舌头，原来那个需要口活好，有特长。
